Sir Arthur Pendragon, Knight of the Crown

Arthur was born in a central-district residential area located in a foreign land called "Malaysia". He grew up to be a fine young boy, excelling in many sports, but not as well in his studies, since he preferred outdoor activities than being cooped up in his room studying. He worked part-time as a gardener and lawn-mower while studying, and working out in a gym, building up his muscular physique.
    However, when he was 16 years old, almost on his 17th birthday, an incident occured which changed the course of his life and all his beliefs. On his way home alone after gallivanting with friends in a shopping mall, he chanced upon an alley that he had never seen before, for he rarely used that route. It was late evening, and a dim glow was seen emitting from a heap of garbage in the alley. His curiosity overcame him and he went to investigate. It turned out to be an ordinary-looking jet black stone, though it was glowing. Even till this day, he regretted picking it up, for as soon as he did so, the stone disappeared, creating a dark void taller than him, which pulled him and several pieces of garbage into it before disappearing.
    When he came to, he found himself in a void, floating in the middle of Nowhere. He recalled hearing voices, but shrugged them off as a dream. Deciding to try moving, he suddenly found himself standing in a large, well-lit room. His curiosity aroused, he wandered around, meeting many people who stared at him and his strange clothes (he was wearing a cap, a baggy T-shirt, and an even baggier pair of jeans, which hid the shoes he was wearing totally). He soon came to the Inn of the Last Home, glancing at the sign outside the tree where it was located.
    Entering the inn, he met many people, who seeing a newcomer, friendly welcomed him. His personality and charisma was of great help, and he soon made many friends who showed him around the town, which was named Solace. He found that the people of the world, called Krynn, were still somewhere in the Middle Ages, using swords and wearing armor of leather and metal for protection. It was a dangerous world in dark times, with minions of the Dark Queen, Takhisis, everywhere. It was also his introduction to magic, which was regarded as 'nonsense' in his homeland. To survive, he discovered that he needed fighting and survival skills, as well as money and experience. Taking the family name "Pendragon" in honour of a mighty king, renowned for his valour, courage and honour, Arthur Pendragon began training to be become a knight.
    Since that time, many a great adventure has he set out upon, and forged strong friendships that proved to be his beacons of light in his darkest hours. Though never religious back in his homeland, he was soon taken in by Paladine, honourable, kind and good of heart. During his adventures, he met and befriended many knights of the Order of the Knights of Solamnia. They were to prove to be his greatest allies and his most trusted companions. Pledging his life to Paladine and the cause of Good, Arthur was taken in as a squire to the Knighthood, and after many trials and quests to prove his worthiness, Arthur was knighted as a Knight of the Crown.
    Swearing full allegiance and loyalty, he has vowed to uphold the honour and virtues of the Knights, to be an adversary to be feared in the field of battle , yet good-hearted, honorable and always willing to help out whenever possible. Since then he has braved many perils and survived terrible ordeals, saved from certain death only by the valour and prowess of his brothers-in-arms. Never neglecting his training, he aspired to advance through the ranks of the Knighthood, attempting to restore it to its former power and glory. His efforts were noted by the Lords of the Knighthood, and after years of service, devotion and loyalty, Arthur was knighted into the ranks of the Order of the Sword.
