Lady Siella Castlegrad, Knight of the Crown

Lady Siella was born and raised in the city of Qualinost, in the Elven lands of Qualinesti. Born of noble blood, she was raised and lived in the Tower of the Sun. Her husband was captured during a raid on Pax Tharkas, and was executed in Solace by the Dragonarmies. After her husband's passing, she took his position as a Head of Household.

    Lady Siella was present when Goldmoon first arrived in Qualinost as a Cleric of Mishakal, and soon gained interest in the True Gods. She studied their ways and the ways of their clerics, and soon began practicing the healing arts. When the Dragonarmies threatened to attack Qualinesti, she was forced to flee to Southern Ergoth. Unfortunately, the ship she was on got lost in dense fog and soon strayed off course. Believing to be just south of the New Sea, they continued to sail north, and soon ended up in the City of Palanthas.

    With the skills only to cure light wounds, Lady Siella studied with Paladine as her guide, and soon learned how to cure more serious wounds. It was then she met up with several others, one of whom was a black robed mage by the name of Nerbin Nelosha. Intent on showing Nerbin the ways of Paladine, they began to battle the forces of the Dragonarmies. Soon her healing skills began to improve, and after a while, began to be able to heal critical wounds.

    When in the town of Solace one day, Lady Siella met a man dressed in a uniform she had never seen before. He turned out to be a Knight of Solamnia, by the name of Sir Mand Amodai. Inspired by his faith in Paladine and the way of Good, Lady Siella learned to heal those that were near death.

    After speaking with the Knight, she became extremely interested in what the Knighthood stood for. She began to join their battle against the evil on Krynn, learning the ways of the Knighthood and the true meaning of honor. Lady Siella soon decided she wished to join the Knighthood. She realized that a tough time would be ahead of her, few women were admitted into the Knighthood, let alone an Elven woman.

    Seeking another Cleric of Paladine, Lady Siella met with Sir Portius Bloodbolt, and was given a quest to become his squire. After successfully completing the quest, she began her studies to become a Knight of the Order of the Crown. After meeting with the High Justice, Lord Justinian Silverguard, he decided that it was time for her Knighthood quest. Lady Siella was given the task of destroying a dragon by her faith alone, and retrieving its heart to be presented to a Knight as a symbol of her honor and bravery.

    Lady Siella Castlegrad was soon Knighted in the Temple of Paladine in Palanthas, at the same day that Sir Mand was promoted to a Knight of the Order of the Sword, with the High Justice presiding over the ceremony.
